In 2023, after a long season of isolation and a lack of motivation, I committed to running. I decided to make running a habit. That habit led to progress, progress fueled motivation, and away we went. But something was missing.
I wanted to take my running to the next level, but I knew I couldn't do it alone. I found a running coach and enjoyed a rich (virtual) running community that spurred me on and equipped me in ways I didn't know I needed.
After seeing dramatic improvement under my coach, my own personal circumstances led to ending my time receiving coaching and writing my own plans. Through this, and working for my friend's running coaching business, I've come to love the art and science of running coaching.
